Refunds & Cancellations Policy

In store Refunds

The purchase of all treatments, memberships, pay as you go payments, tests and products purchased in store are non-refundable and non-transferable, other than for medical reasons. If for any reason a treatment or product is not satisfactory, this should be raised immediately to the Kubo Wellness team, where a decision will be made on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will not be authorised when cancelling within 24 hours of a booked treatment. Where refunds are agreed for medical reasons, we may request supporting evidence. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Online Refunds

Customers will have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day of their online purchase to request a refund. If no sessions have been used then the refund will be in full; if any services or credits have been used then the refund will be for the remaining balance only. Please note, if all services or credits have been used then no refund will be available within the cooling-off period.
 

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • Customer informs the business in writing that they wish to proceed with a refund via regenerate@kubowellness.com, and

  • The refund request is within 14 days of purchasing the service

 

Please note that if the incorrect package or membership is purchased online customers will have the option to exchange to a suitable package.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Where at least 24 hours’ notice is given, the session will either be returned to your plan/package for future use (where applicable), or the amount paid for that session will be returned to your original payment method in line with the refund terms above.

Same-day cancellations, late cancellations, and no-shows

​Unfortunately, if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, cancel on the same day, or do not attend your appointment (no-show), the booking is non-refundable and the full value of the session will be lost.

Late arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to maintain schedule timing, and the full session fee will still apply.

Plans, Packages & Memberships Validity

  • Plans, packages and memberships are non-transferable

  • they expire within the validity period stated at purchase

Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website.
