Before Your Session

‣ Avoid alcohol or sedatives on the day of your treatment, as these can affect how your body responds to increased oxygen levels.

‣ Do not wear perfumes, hair products, or petroleum-based creams before your session.

‣ Wear comfortable, breathable clothing and remove any shoes or accessories before entering the chamber.

Important Considerations & Safety

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is a safe and well-tolerated treatment designed to enhance oxygen delivery, aid healing, and support recovery. However, HBOT should not be used if the following circumstances apply to you:

‣ You have an untreated pneumothorax (collapsed lung)

‣ You have recently had ear or sinus surgery, or currently have blocked sinuses, which may cause discomfort or pressure-related issues.

‣ You have recently undergone eye surgery involving intraocular gas

‣ You are currently receiving or have recently received certain chemotherapy medications, such as bleomycin or doxorubicin, which may increase oxygen sensitivity.

‣ You are pregnant, unless HBOT has been specifically prescribed by your healthcare provider.
